Las Canteras
Situated along the West coast of the capital city of Las Palmas in the Northeast, Las Canteras is a beautiful golden sandy beach with something for everyone. At the Northern end, the area known as La Cicer offers almost year round surfing and water sports whilst the areas known as Playa Chica or La Puntilla offer an abundance of restaurants along the walkway next to the beach, where you can sit, dine and enjoy a long drink as the sun goes down at the end of the day. The frontline properties on Las Canteras are the most expensive real estate on the Island per m2.

San Agustín
Situated in the Southeast, San Agustin was one of the first resorts in the South of Gran Canaria. It is a quiet area and very popular with the Scandanavian community in the winter months. The frontline properties are generally smaller apartments which were originally designed as holiday apartments and the larger properties are situated on the higher ground looking down over the beach and the sea with beautiful views.

Close to the Maspalomas dunes on one side and the Meloneras beach on the other side next to the golf course, in Meloneras one is never far from the beach. This is the home of the majority of luxurious beachfront hotels and a boardwalk of high quality restaurants. Although there is a huge demand for property in this area, the properties are limited as the majority of the area is commercial.

Maspalomas has few properties close to its huge dunes as most are separated from the dunes by the golf course. These famous dunes run from the Maspalomas lighthouse at the end of Meloneras all the way over to the tip of Playa del Ingles.

Playa del Inglés
The frontline of Playa del Ingles is a beautiful coastal walk lined with bungalows and apartments overlooking the extensive golden, sandy beach. Most are apartment blocks as they were built for the holiday market, however there are some beautiful flats and bungalows along this coveted walkway. From an investment point of view this is an excellent choice.

Puerto de Mogán
This sleepy little fishing village has become the place to be over the last few years. Property prices have increased dramatically and the beachside properties have soared in value. Flats with wonderful views can be found along the frontline in this picturesque area in the Southwest of the Island.
